Technical Sales Representative  

 

CASL, a leading provider of high-performance products and services, is seeking driven and technically savvy Sales Representatives to join our team. You will play a key role in promoting our lubrication solutions to industrial and commercial clients across various industries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory, including engineers, maintenance managers, and purchasing agents.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer technical requirements, equipment types, and operating conditions.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge to present and educate clients on the benefits of CASL's  products and services, including cost savings, improved equipment performance, and extended equipment lifespan.
  • Recommend and customize solutions based on specific customer needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding lubrication selection, application, and maintenance.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned quotas for lubrication products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in industry events to promote CASL's brand and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies in lubricants, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain a healthy pipeline and uphold customer records using CRM.
  • Analyze customer data, and identify opportunities for growth.

 

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Process, Electrical or other relevant Technical field
  • Five (5) O’ Level subjects (Includes Mathematics and English)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial or a related technical sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Proficient in CRM Software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of lubrication principles and tribology fundamentals

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
